Rosana DaSilva, MS, PhD, LPC, EMDR-trained

My path to becoming a mental health provider was deeply personal and rooted in my experiences growing up in Puerto Rico. I witnessed how trauma, systemic oppression, and stigma surrounding mental health impacted individuals and communities. I was drawn to the field by a desire to help others feel seen, safe, and empowered. I’ve worked in schools, community clinics, and private practice settings, supporting diverse populations including first responders, educators, mothers, and young adults. These experiences shaped my culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach. Today, I integrate EMDR, CBT, and ACT to help clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, grief, and identity development with compassion and clarity.

Values of cultural humility, compassion, and empowerment guide my approach to care, creating a safe space for clients to feel seen and supported.

Her approach to life and therapy is centered on compassion, understanding, and the belief that healing is a journey of mind, body, and soul.
